**Energy Client Engagement Specialist

Shift: **Monday- Friday 8am- 4:30pm

The Energy Assistance program assists income-eligible renters and homeowners by providing financial assistance to pay their electric, natural gas, oil, propane, and wood. **POSITION SUMMARY:
** The Client Engagement Specialist will work at the front desk in KCR's Energy Department accepting assignments from the Energy Coordinator. Duties include but are not limited to prescreening client eligibility, scheduling appointments, file maintenance, data entry, preparing reports, and attending staff meetings.

** Requires reaching/stretching, intermittent sitting, twisting and bending, and ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 20 pounds. Requires accuracy, excellent communication with staff, good judgment, and the ability to remain calm and provide appropriate advice, information and training.
