    Job Title:Energy Consultation Coordinator

    Responsibilities: This is a 1099 commission only position with unlimited earning potential.

    Generate Leads through Door to Door or Virtually:

    · Identify and qualify potential customers interested in adopting solar energy.

    · Gather essential information to create high-quality leads for the sales team.

    · Provide Information and Answer Queries:

    · Educate homeowners on the technical aspects of solar systems and address any questions or concerns they may have.

    · Effectively communicate the financial incentives, rebates, and financing options available to encourage solar adoption.

    Collaborate with Sales Team:

    · Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.

    · Provide valuable insights from the field to enhance overall sales strategies. · Attend marketing events

    Record and Report:

    · Keep detailed records of interactions with potential customers.

    · Submit regular reports on lead generation activities, including successes and challenges faced in the field.

    Maintain Knowledge of Industry Trends:

    · Stay informed about the latest developments in the solar energy industry, including new technologies, regulations, and incentives.

    · Continuously update training on product knowledge and sales techniques.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    · Excellent Communication Skills:

    · Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

    · Ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

    · Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented:

    · Proven ability to work independently and meet or exceed set targets.

    · Results-driven with a focus on achieving and surpassing goals.

    · High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred

    · Previous sales or customer service experience preferred

    · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    · Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    · Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

    · Basic computer skills, including the ability to use a customer relationship management system and Microsoft Office applications.
