REQUIREMENTS:
STUDENT MENTALITY / COACHABILITY / MUST HAVE A HUNGER TO LEARN
MUST BE A COMMITTED INDIVIDUAL
(MUST HAVE) Direct Sales Experience (1 year or more)
(MUST HAVE) Solar Experience (1 year or more)
Must know how to self generate appointments
Cell Phone AND Laptop/Tablet for showing Proposals.
MUST be comfortable with In-home presentations.
Strong work ethic and willingness to take full ownership of responsibilities
Excellent verbal communication skills; ability to connect with customers
High level of confidence
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Market Clark Energies and Set-up new clientele
Teach new hires how to Canvass and schedule appointments
Teach new hires how to Consult potential clientele at pre-scheduled appointments
Host weekly appointment setter and Consultant Meetings
Leadership experience with a passion for coaching, training, and motivating others.
Strong understanding of in-person scheduling techniques.
A professional presence.
Experience creating systems that drive new agent development.
Experience growing and scaling teams.
Understanding of recruiting best practices.
Manage team to KPIs and objectives. Be certain targets, goals and KPI’s are met!
Develop and implement plans that grow lead generation volume and positive outcomes.
Create or refine systems to support objectives.
Identify strategies to guide new rep success.
Develop and implement manpower growth plan that supports team goals.
Create a culture of winning, teamwork, and positivity.
Work in collaboration across the organization.
Local travel as necessary.
