    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Machine Commissioning and Service Support: Provide crucial support in the commissioning and servicing of screening and conveyance equipment.
    • Customer Interaction: Understand customer technical requirements and pain points, effectively communicate them to the design department and offer valuable recommendations.
    • Collaboration: Develop and coordinate tasks with the Head of Design/Design Department and the Managing Director, contributing to our expansion in North America.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with local management, sales teams, and our design engineers based in Europe.
    • Quality Assurance: Monitor execution of work while adhering to procedural, work, and testing instructions, ensuring compliance with EU/US/CA directives and legal requirements for product design and production.
    • Compliance: Monitor compliance with legal regulations, including safety regulations.
    • Technical Support: Provide technical clarifications for contracts and projects, both internally and externally.
    • Troubleshooting: Assist in troubleshooting customer accounts and related issues.
    • Sales Support: Support our sales team by participating in customer calls, visits, and presentations as required.
    • Representation: Represent company at conferences and fairs as needed.
    • Training: Provide training to employees on technical innovations.
    • Process Adherence: Strictly adhere to and implement applicable process descriptions.
    • Special Tasks: Undertake special tasks as instructed by the Managing Director.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    We are looking for candidates who possess:

    • Engineer Degree
    • Excellent Interpersonal and Organizational Skills: With creativity and the ability to interact effectively with people at all business levels.
    • Time Management: Exceptional time management and organizational skills, including multitasking and prioritization.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
    • Independence and Reliability: A high degree of independence, flexibility, reliability, and keen attention to detail.
    • Results-Oriented: A result-oriented and detail-oriented approach.
    • Willingness to Travel: A willingness to travel frequently, including trade shows and client meetings.
    • Energetic: An energetic and fast-learning personality.

    Additional Qualifications (A Plus):

    • Knowledge/Experience: Knowledge or experience with Sifting/Screening Machines and industry applications.
    • Sales Experience: Work experience in sales, preferably in industrial machinery
    • Industry Knowledge: Experience or knowledge of the salt, sugar, fertilizing, potash, and sand industries.
    • Bilingual Skills: Bilingual abilities, with English and Spanish proficiency preferred.
    • Customer Support: Experience in supporting customers in the mining, fertilizing, and sugar industries across the US, Canada, and Mexico.

  • Compensation
    $100,000-$125,000 per year
