    Job Description

    Our Government Systems group in Boulder, CO is seeking a System Integration Engineer to perform the following responsibilities:

    • Perform administration, security and technology management on systems developed by Government Systems Boulder group
    • Generate accreditation and authorization documents to ensure compliance with ICD 503
    • Perform system security hardening of computers developed for Government Systems Products to ensure ICD 503 compliance
    • Experience with Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Information Guide (STIG) implementation and scanning tools (e.g. SCAP, NESSUS, etc.)
    • Perform ongoing maintenance on documentation and hardening of computer information system(s) as needed
    • Generate Request For Change (RFC) documentation for Systems being delivered by Boulder Government Systems group
    • Generate acceptance test requirements for customers and test plans for the validation of system performance.
    • Perform Systems Design, Integration, and Test of Government Systems Boulder group products
    • Perform mechanical chassis design/update of current system design packages

    • Skilled in Presenting - can effectively communicate in large or small group settings
    • Skilled in Writing - can effectively write so needed messages are clear and understood
    • Self-motivated, independent worker with ability to lead installation efforts through complete design cycle from system integration at factory to on-site customer acceptance.
    • Demonstrated ability to generate acceptance test requirements for customers and test plans for the validation of system performance.
    • Demonstrated ability to generate acceptance test requirements for customers and test plans for the validation of system performance.
    • Read and understand schematic and engineering drawings, Use of Lab Equipment (Oscilloscopes, Network Analyzers, Programmable Power Supplies, Environmental Chambers, Spectrum Analyzers.
    • Skilled in mechanical design – Solid Works design experience

    Requirements:

    • BS and 0-2 years of experience in a related field or equivalent
    • U.S. Citizenship Required. This position requires active TOP SECRET/ Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance (which is granted only to U.S. citizens) and is contingent on successfully completing a counterintelligence (CI) polygraph and meeting customer requirements regarding TS/SCI eligibility
    • CompTIA Network+ or Security+ Certification desired
    • Working knowledge of Time and Frequency Systems, preferred Microchip Boulder products
    • Must be willing to travel for up to 3 weeks at a time, including international travel.

    The annual base salary range for this position, which could be performed in Colorado, is $64,480 - $128,000.*

    *Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
