  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    The purpose of this job is to facilitate designing reusable enterprise-level, custom solutions including major enhancements, interfaces, functions, and features.
    • Collaborate with scrum team to analyze problems, define and/or clarify requirements and recommend technology solutions for new or modified features within scrum/agile environment
    • Apply independent judgement/professional expertise to create and develop new application software as well as develop features and functionality for existing software
    • Provide direction and assist less experienced team members through mentoring, collaboration, and code reviews
    • Develop and implement technology development plans, policies, and procedures in collaboration with other technology teams.
    • Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
    • Ensure all activities are following rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
    • Complete other duties as assigned

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree required in computer science, or minimum eight years’ equivalent
    • Experience in related field required
    • Master’s degree in computer science or a related field preferred
    • Minimum five years development experience in .Net/Python required
    • Minimum five years SQL Server or other relevant database required
    • Minimum two years experience in AWS cloud
    • Application development knowledge in different languages, i.e., C#, Python, AWS lambda and Kinesis required
    • Advanced SQL skillset required
    • Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS/Azure preferred
    • Exerience using Azure DevOps and/or Jenkins for CI/CD
    • Salesforce Admin or development experience a plus
    • Experience using Jira for work item/sprint tracking preferred
    • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving
    • Process analysis and project management skills
    • Self-starter, well organized, with attention to detail
    • Knowledge of system integration architectures, approaches, development practices, and delivery
    • Knowledge of software development process
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
    • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
    • Ability to manage resources by leading, motivating, fostering learning and development
    • Aptitude for motivating and inspiring people toward a common purpose

    Additional Information

    • Travel required less than 5%
    • General office work requiring sitting or standing for long periods of time

    $85,400-$85,400 per year
