Job Description
The Engineering Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Engineering department with a variety of administrative functions including, but not limited to:
- Creating purchase orders and ordering materials for the department
- Posting schedules and ensuring accurate payroll processing
- Scheduling work with 3rd party contractors and managing regular maintenance schedules
- Working with the Director of Engineering to maintain all life safety and health related documents
- Managing and monitoring task management systems for the engineering department and all related work orders
- Processing invoices for purchased items, contract labor and service calls.
- Actively participating in energy conservation programs.
- Reviewing all guest and meeting planner feedback to ensure problems are identified and corrected in a timely manner.
- Executing other administrative items as assigned by Director of Engineering
