    _ Internship Program Overview_

    At ServiceNow, we’re looking for students who want to learn, grow, and take a giant step early in their careers, all while making a giant impact. We offer 12-week summer internship opportunities across various business functions.

    Interns will participate in executive speaker series, career development workshops, philanthropic efforts, and team-building activities. Additionally, interns will have access to online learnings and a dedicated summer coach to further grow their careers with us.

    What you’ll do:

    Metrics & Reporting

    • Assist in maintaining dashboards and reports to track engineering OKRs and performance metrics, such as development velocity, quality, and process adherence.
    • Support data analysis efforts to identify trends and insights that inform decision-making.
    • Product manage Engineering Metrics Dashboard, including defining requirements and working with engineers to develop
    • Help prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.

    Strategic Engineering Initiatives

    • Contribute to projects focused on improving engineering experience and tools (e.g., innovation programs, AI adoption and enablement initiatives, Product Adoption).
    • Conduct research and gather data to support strategic decision-making.

    Communication & Events

    • Help organize and coordinate developer connects, including agenda creation and content curation.
    • Assist in drafting and curating engineering updates and newsletters.

    Talent & Enablement

    • Support initiatives focused on engineering talent development.
    • Assist in organizing resources and programs for learning and career growth.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

    • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
    • Currently enrolled in an accredited university as a full time student, pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Data & Business Analytics or related discipline with an expected graduation date no earlier than December 2025
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Interest in engineering operations, strategy, and continuous improvement.
    • Eager to learn and contribute in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    • Highly analytical mindset
    • Sharp problem-solving, analytical and innovation skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Especially PowerPoint and Excel
    • High levels of creativity and quick problem-solving capabilities
    • Ability to and willingness to work cross functionally with other internal teams

    For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $40.87 - $47.82 per hour, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
