    About the Role
    Select Source Solutions is seeking a visionary Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing, remote team of software engineers dedicated to revolutionizing the construction industry. This pivotal role focuses on delivering advanced solutions powered by AI, robust API integrations, intuitive mobile applications, and modern web platforms.
    You will spearhead technical strategy, foster cross-functional collaboration across global teams, and ensure the delivery of high-impact, scalable digital products. We’re looking for someone who thrives in complex, data-rich environments and excels at integrating real-time analytics with cutting-edge technology to drive operational excellence.

    Key Responsibilities
    Technical Leadership & Team Management

    • Lead and mentor a distributed team of AI, API, mobile, and web engineers
    • Champion a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and engineering excellence
    • Manage performance reviews, career growth, and team dynamics across time zones
    • Optimize remote workflows and cross-cultural collaboration between offshore and onshore teams

    Project & Delivery Oversight

    • Direct development of AI-powered tools for design automation and cost optimization
    • Manage seamless API integrations with ERP, BIM, and structural engineering tools
    • Oversee end-to-end mobile and web development, enhancing customer and contractor experiences
    • Lead Agile practices and sprint execution to deliver projects on time and within scope

    AI & Data Integration Strategy

    • Architect AI-driven tools for structural calculations and real-time decision-making
    • Integrate machine learning into design workflows to elevate operational efficiency
    • Design and oversee scalable data integration pipelines and analytics platforms
    • Ensure software reliability, security, and performance at scale

    Process Improvement & Stakeholder Collaboration

    • Leverage best-in-class tools (Jira, GitHub, Slack, Confluence) for remote collaboration
    • Establish and maintain technical documentation for all platforms
    • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and business stakeholders to align technology with business goals
    • Stay ahead of trends in AI, APIs, mobile/web development, and construction tech innovation

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
    • 7+ years in engineering leadership roles, including managing remote teams
    • Proven expertise in AI/ML, API architecture, mobile (Flutter/React Native), and web development
    • Skilled in Python, Node.js, JavaScript, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
    • Experienced with ERP/BIM integration and industrial software for the construction sector

    Preferred Experience

    • Background in construction technology or industrial automation
    • Familiarity with digital twin solutions, predictive maintenance, and IoT systems
    • Prior experience managing offshore vendors or third-party development teams
