Qualifications
What you'll get to do:
- Lead the design and development of integration solutions using Azure services, including Azure Functions, API Management, Service Bus, and Logic Apps, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Architect and implement microservice-based integration solutions that connect systems like ERP, WMS, e-commerce, and CRM, aligning with business needs.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership in troubleshooting complex integration issues, offering solutions for performance optimization, security challenges, and system scalability.
- Manage, mentor, and guide a team of integration engineers, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance team culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical designs while ensuring the delivery of high-quality integration solutions.
- Oversee integration projects from concept to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including integration patterns, data flow diagrams, and system interactions.
- Drive continuous improvement in integration architecture, adopting the latest technologies and ensuring alignment with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards across all integration points, particularly when handling sensitive data.
- Proactively identify potential integration risks or challenges and implement solutions to mitigate issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Manage integration projects from concept through deployment, ensuring they meet strategic goals and performance benchmarks.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
- Continuously evaluate integration performance, identifying opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Master’s Degree a plus.
- 6+ years in software engineering, with a strong focus on integration projects using Azure technologies, including significant experience with API management and Logic Apps.
- At least 2+ years in a Senior role leading a team, with a track record of successful project management and team development.
- Proven ability to develop API standards and reusable integration patterns, coupled with extensive experience in business process orchestration.
- In-depth knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, middleware technologies, and cloud-based architectures, particularly Azure. Expertise in security best practices for cloud environments.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and extensive experience with Azure DevOps tools.
- Outstanding problem-solving capabilities with a strategic and creative approach to challenges.
- Expertise in Clean Code principles and design patterns, focused on enhancing the scalability and maintainability of integrations and systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire engineering teams while maintaining a hands-on approach to technological and project challenges.
- Comprehensive understanding of Azure cloud services and database technologies, including SQL, Cosmos DB, and Data Lakes.

The salary range for this role is $170,000 per year - $195,000 per year.
