- Lead and manage a team of engineers, ensuring the successful execution of structural and civil engineering projects.
- Oversee project design, budgeting, and planning to meet client expectations and project deadlines.

- Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and property owners to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience as a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) with a focus on residential engineering.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor a team of engineers.
- Strong project management skills, including design, budgeting, and planning oversight.
- A high-driver personality with a growth mindset and a passion for pushing your career to the next level.
