    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing the introduction of new projects and products, implementation of manufacturing processes, equipment preventative maintenance and systems. This role is critical in ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, and safety standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives in the facility.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Oversee the introduction of new projects and products by evaluating the manufacturing feasibility, investment, and total cost of the product.

    Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems to improve productivity, product quality, and safety.

    Develop and execute strategies for the maintenance, repair, and upgrade of manufacturing equipment and infrastructure to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, supply chain, and R&D, to ensure seamless operations and product development.

    Evaluate and implement new technologies and manufacturing methodologies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.

    Manage capital projects, including budgeting, timeline management, and procurement of materials and equipment.

    Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and industry standards in all engineering activities.

    Lead continuous improvement efforts, including the identification and implementation of lean manufacturing practices and process optimizations.

    Prepare and present reports on engineering activities, project statuses, and performance metrics to upper management.

    Troubleshoot and resolve engineering-related issues and collaborate with other departments to minimize production disruptions.

    Analyze production data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights to senior management for decision-making and performance improvements.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) is required.

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering role within a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.

    Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation, and equipment management.

    Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing engineering projects from conception to completion.

    Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements (OSHA, ISO, etc.).

    Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and implement effective solutions.

    Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma certification is a plus.

    Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus.
