    Seksun Texas Inc. manufactures parts for automobile industry, computer hard disk, consumer electronics and medical apparatus. Capacity includes precise tool design and manufacturing, precise stamping, precise CNC processing and surface treatment. We are looking to hire one (1) Engineering Supervisor.

    Responsibilities:

    Lead Kaizen initiatives to continue improving fulfillment operations.

    Lead factory layout for optimal efficiency

    Implement and maintain ISO and IATF certification.

    Achieve exceptional productivity and quality performance by deploying data analytics and localizing operational KPI metrics.

    Lead and launch quality assurance work for both research-oriented development work and revenue generating, production-focused development work

    Ensure adherence to UL and OSHA regulations and guidelines, in addition to company's design policies.

    Authorize to troubleshoot equipment, debug controllers, and oversee robotic programming.

    Modify hardware and PCB's to meet UL standards. supervise test and assembly personnel.

    Supervise production efficiency, environmental and process/PLC engineers.

    Supervise mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, automation engineers, and software engineers.

    Analyze the product manufacturing process to identify and resolve potential design problems; review AutoCAD drawings.

    Assign all associates their duties and inspect work for conformance to company/industry standards of cleanliness.

    Work with CNC, ultrasonic welding, rubber molding, laser welding, laser machining , brazing and resistance processes.

    Create real-time monitoring, alerting and visualization for data-driven decisions.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in engineering, Master's degree preferred.

    At least 5 years experience as a team lead.

    Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering.

    Solid understanding of industry standards, regulations and various compliance requirements.

    Solid experience with assembly lines.

    Excellent communication and presentation skills.

    Results driven with sound troubleshooting and time management skills
