Job Description
Primarily responsible for assistance in daily operations and maintenance of manufacturing processes for manufacturing of night vision components. A successful candidate will have proficiency in the use of hand and machine tools, precision gauges, test instruments, and process equipment. Have an understanding and skills in effectively applying Six-Sigma tools to benefit the organization and customers. Additionally, the candidate will be versed in Lean tools and their application to reduce waste. This is a hands-on technician position. The individual can expect to spend >90% of their time engaging directly with the factory teams on the shop floor to be most effective. Responsibilities will include:
