    Our client is an established commercial landscape company who has been servicing the Atlanta market for more than 15 years.  The company generated $9mm in revenue last year and wants to hire an Enhancement Manager to run 2-4 enhancement crews.

    Job Title: Enhancement Manager

    Target Salary: $65k salary, Year End Bonus, Health, Vision and Dental Insurance, Company Vehicle with Gas Card, Cell Phone, Laptop

    Accountabilities

    Accountable for scheduling and directing enhancement crews in order to achieve maximum productivity. There are currently 2-4 enhancement crews and 12-15 employees depending on the season.

    Position Overview

    The Enhancement Manager is responsible for preparing production with the correct profit margin, scheduling work, and supervising all enhancement crews until each job is completed.

     Essential Responsibilities

    • Provide leadership and direction for the enhancement division
    • Responsible for supervising enhancement crews (4) and ensuring compliance with all company policies.
    • Responsible for ensuring that crews have the necessary direction and materials to complete each project efficiently while focusing on quality control and safety.
    • Motivate crews to complete jobs on time and on budget.
    • Team build in order to received full cooperation from crews on the shared goals
    • Communicate with Account Manager on additional project opportunities or change orders to the scope of work which may need to be repriced.
    • Track labor hours, material costs and equipment usage for each project
    • Answer customers’ questions about services, prices, and availability.
    • Uncover services for customer properties, based on customers’ needs and interests.
    • Maintain a clean work place, take care of equipment and vehicles, represent the company brand in a professional manner.
    • Perform all required administrative paperwork timely, accurately, and legibly.
    • Maintain a professional appearance by wearing proper uniform. 

    Knowledge, Experience, and Other Requirements

    • This position requires a high school diploma or GED, but prefers a four-year degree.
    • This position prefers a minimum of three years of business to business sales experience.
    • Candidate must speak fluent English.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills are a must. 
    • Candidate must be proficient in the use of computers and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel.
    • Candidate must have excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
