We provide quality and hands-on training to individuals interested in pursuing careers in health care. We offer combinations of classroom and real-world continuing education in setting where students receive training with intensive Kansas State approved curriculum that is typically completed within a few weeks leading to marketable job skills in a very short time frame. Primary certification categories at Mid-America College of Health Sciences include Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Medication Aide (CMA), Phlebotomy Technician, Practical Nursing (LPN), Dental Assistant (DA), and Medical Assistant (MA). Enrollment Coordinator/Student Services
Job Function: Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
Plan and monitor assigned tasks ensuring they are performed in the most efficient manner adhering to policy and procedures.
Maintain effective working relationships and understand the job responsibilities of those with whom you work with.
Assist prospective and current students with the enrollment process
Request missing or incomplete documents from students related to enrollment and financial assistance application.
Develop a clear knowledge of both federal and institutional policies as they relate to the student financial aid and enrollment process.
Review list of students scheduled for enrollment in each program and ensure application is complete and ready for sign-off
Back-up support to front office/administrative duties as needed.
Daily rundown/update to leadership of activities completed, challenges if any, planned action items.
Assist in setting up and hosting career fairs and graduation ceremonies.
Conduct placement verification calls to graduate students.
Other duties as assigned by leadership.

Skills and Qualifications:
Strong computer skills (including knowledge of Microsoft software, Word, Excel, etc.)
Good telephone communication and etiquette.
At least 1 year of administrative experience.
