Position: Part-Time Enrollment Specialist

Location: Fredericksburg, VA Hours: Flexible, Part-Time Pay: Competitive Base Pay + Performance Bonuses

What You’ll Do:

Engage with potential clients and guide them through the enrollment process.

Explain program details, benefits, and requirements.

Answer questions and provide excellent customer service.

Meet and exceed enrollment goals.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and enrollments.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and active listening skills. Confidence in speaking with new people and handling inquiries. Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or enrollment is a plus, but not required. Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking.
