POSITION OVERVIEW
As a foundational member of the Go-To-Market team, you will play a critical role in driving aggressive growth plans while creating the blueprint for a scalable sales organization. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a builder mentality who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
You will own the entire sales process, from pipeline generation to closing deals, while leveraging the company’s proprietary database and AI-powered tools to deliver exceptional value to customers. Your efforts will directly contribute to shaping the company’s growth trajectory and solidifying its position as a leader in the hardware design industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospecting & Business Development: Develop and execute innovative strategies to engage prospective clients through multiple channels, expanding the company’s footprint in the electronics ecosystem.
- Data-Driven, Value-Based Selling: Use the company’s proprietary dataset to craft ROI-driven conversations and provide actionable insights that address customer needs.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders in the electronics sector to drive long-term partnerships.
- Sales Negotiations: Lead negotiations and close contracts in collaboration with finance, legal, and operations teams, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Identify opportunities to improve go-to-market strategies, analyze market trends, and develop compelling sales materials to support growth.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
- 5+ years of proven success in sales, with a focus on technical or enterprise-level selling.
- Experience as an early-stage Account Executive or in bringing a new product to market is highly desirable.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Work Environment:
- This is a hybrid role requiring in-person work 3 days a week in the Silicon Valley office.
