Please note: This is a remote position and applicants are not restricted to the listed location. However, due to the needs of the role we are looking for candidates who are based within 2-3 hours of US Eastern time (EST) or GMT(+1) time zones and are available to travel to accommodate international clients.
You should expect to travel 8-12 times per year for this role, whether that’s to meet prospects, attend trade shows, host client dinners, or to unlock a big deal with some magical facetime.

Finding a place to stay, shipping your stuff, organising utilities and new bank accounts…the list of things to organise goes on and on. No matter where in the world you go, relocating is a complicated and messy process. PerchPeek was conceived to change that.
Our aim is to guide people through every stage of their relocation with a delightful combination of tech, relocation coaching, content & partnerships, which work together to remove the stress and make moving simpler and faster.
The primary goal of this role is to increase the number of companies that use PerchPeek to help their employees relocate. We’re ramping up our Sales team to fuel the next phase of our growth and you’ll be a critical Perchy in helping develop & execute our playbook for working directly with enterprise clients.

PerchPeek operates internationally with a globally distributed workforce. We use market-specific benchmarks and geographic pay differentials as part of our compensation strategy, so that we remain competitive in various markets around the world. The means that total compensation for open positions will depend on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to demonstrated skill set, years and depth of work experience, relevant training, business needs, market demands, and location-dependent factors. We’ll be happy to discuss this during the interview process.
Candidates in the United States: The base salary for this position will be between $90,000—$130,000. OTE will be between $180,000—$260,000 with uncapped commission.
Candidates in the United Kingdom: The base salary for this position will be between £72,500—£95,000. OTE will be £145,000—£190,000 with uncapped commission.

If we seem well-matched, you’ll be invited for an initial screening with one of the PerchPeek team where we’ll align on timeline, compensation, and get to know each other a bit better! Then, we'll run a three-stage interview process with different members of our team: Stages 1 and 2 will be focused on experience, skills, and culture alignment. Stage 3 will include a “take-home” case study and a final round-table interview. All interviews will take place via video call.
