- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients (80% in-person) to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Manage account-specific lines of business to ensure focused and efficient client service.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.
Must-Haves:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in staffing industry
- Proven ability to cold call and generate new business leads.
- Demonstrated expertise in face-to-face client engagement.
- Clear understanding of managing account-specific lines of business.
- Willingness to comply with non-compete clauses and provide necessary documentation.
