We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Technician to join our team in Tampa, Florida. This is an onsite position within our Network Operations Center (NOC) environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network technologies, with a particular emphasis on Cisco technologies and Meraki solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of network infrastructure.

• Monitor and manage network performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.

• Support and configure Cisco and Meraki network devices.

• Ensure network security through appropriate configurations and monitoring.

• Collaborate with team members to address network-related issues and projects.

• Document network configurations, changes, and procedures.

• Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience working in a Network Operations Center (NOC) environment.

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Cisco networking equipment and Meraki solutions.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
