    Position Summary

    The Enterprise Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing high-value sales opportunities within large organizations. You will work closely with key decision-makers in major enterprise accounts, offering tailored solutions and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales success in enterprise sales and the ability to build lasting, strategic relationships with C-suite executives and other key stakeholders.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Identify and qualify new enterprise-level opportunities through a combination of outbound prospecting, inbound lead handling, and referrals.
    • Utilize networking, market research and strategic partnership to build a solid pipeline of potential clients.
    • Focus on understanding client needs and aligning company offerings with their goals.
    • Work closely with internal teams to create customized solutions tailored to each enterprise client’s business requirements.
    • Lead the negotiation and closing process of complex contracts with clients, ensuring all agreements align with company policies and profitability goals.
    • Drive contracts from initial discussions through to final signature.
    • Accurately forecast sales opportunities and report on progress utilizing CRM tools to track deals, activities, and pipeline status.
    • Frequent travel may be required for client meetings, trade shows, and conferences, depending on geographic scope.

    Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

    • Proven track record of success in B2B enterprise sales with at least 5 years experience in a similar role.
    • Experience managing and closing complex, high value deals.
    • Knowledge of the industry
    • Strong sales acumen with ability to strategize, negotiate and close large deals.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Strong relationship building skills with focus on long-term client retention
    • Proficiency in CRM Software
    • Highly self-motivated and results oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment
