JOB TITLE: CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT LOCATION: TAMPA, FL DURATION: CONTRACT ($14/HR) VISA: USC/ GC/ GC-EAD/ H4

JOB DESCRIPTION:

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Use a computerized telephone system to communicate with patients, home health aides, physicians, and medical facilities
• Maintain HIPAA standards to handle and protect private information
• Resolves un-anticipated setbacks
• Works closely with supervisors and follow instructions quickly
• Cares for the needs and questions of patients
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma / GED required
• 1 3 years' experience in customer service
• 1+ years' experience within healthcare preferred
• Must work well under pressure
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong computer knowledge
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
• 10-key operation by touch
