Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Enterprise Success Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is critical to daily operations and is the first point of contact for our clients—fielding calls, emails, and inbound inquiries while providing quotes, handling customer service issues, supporting dispatch, and assisting with compliance tasks. You will work closely with both our Dispatch Manager and Sales team to ensure our clients receive fast, friendly, and accurate service.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communications & Sales Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound phone calls and emails from both new and existing clients.
Respond to and quote smaller-scale jobs for dumpster and portable toilet rentals.
Escalate larger opportunities and enterprise leads to the Dispatch Manager for follow-up and quoting.
Handle inbound web contact forms and online inquiries related to events or smaller service requests.
Provide support to outbound sales efforts by logging data, preparing quotes, or following up with clients on Pete's behalf (led by Susan).
Dispatch & Operations Support:
Accurately enter service requests and job information into our dispatch/order management software.
Generate invoices as applicable based on service entries.
Act as backup to the Dispatch Manager in assisting drivers by answering inbound driver calls and resolving issues in real-time to minimize delays.
Look up client/order information or contact clients directly to troubleshoot field issues and support efficient route completion.
Office & Compliance Administration:
Provide general office support, including ordering supplies, maintaining office tidiness, and coordinating small clerical projects.
Assist with DOT and Government compliance tasks and documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong active listening and interpersonal abilities.
Critical thinking and sound judgment in dynamic situations.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency in office software and dispatch/order tracking systems.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a significant plus.
Requirements:
High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, logistics, or dispatch preferred but not required.
Familiarity with the Savannah, GA area is a bonus.
