    We are seeking a skilled and tech-savvy Enterprise Technician to join our team.     As an Enterprise Technician, you will:

    1. Provide computer hardware and software support on LAN- or Cloud-based systems

    2. Receive and respond to requests for service

    3. Troubleshoot problems and perform diagnostics and root cause analysis on multiple platforms

    4. Identify, resolve, and escalate problems and issues

    5. Execute patches and fixes, and make recommendations for problem prevention procedures and controls

    6. Develop checklists for typical problems to enhance the service-desk knowledge and tracking database

    7. Maintain all related documentation

    Qualifications:

    1. 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role

    2. Strong understanding of LAN and Cloud-based systems

    3. Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

    4. Experience with executing patches, fixes, and root cause analysis

    5. Ability to provide detailed documentation and develop procedural checklists

    6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
