Our start-up company is currently seeking a highly motivated and talented Remote Ticket Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating revenue and profit by selling tickets to a wide range of events, including concerts, sports games, and other performances. With a strong focus on customer service, you will be required to ensure our customers have a seamless booking experience and are satisfied with their purchases.
This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while providing exceptional service to our clients. Unlike many other sales roles, we offer monthly base pay plus commission!
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
- Develop a deep understanding of our ticketing platform to accurately and effectively answer customer queries and concerns.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, assisting with orders, payment queries, and any other customer issues.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the ticketing market and the events we offer to ensure you can provide the best advice to customers.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times whilst adhering to our policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams in identifying potential leads and determining strategies to convert them into sales.
- Deliver a consistent and excellent level of customer service to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
