Job Description:Entrada Partners is seeking a Senior Analyst or Associate to become an integral part of our acquisitions team. Based in the Dallas office, the person will play a critical role in all aspects acquisitions, including sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, financing, and potentially disposition or refinancing of each asset. The position offers the opportunity to gain a wide breadth of experience in office, industrial and flex investments including close interaction and collaboration with senior management.Responsibilities:Financial Analysis: Assist in the financial analysis and underwriting of potential acquisition opportunities utilizing Excel and Argus Enterprise. Prepare cash flow models that will be utilized to value real estate investments.Market Research: Provide research support utilizing online, internal and external resources. Gather market research and stay current on industry trends. Maintain thorough market awareness in targeted markets through direct research and review of third-party research.Transaction Execution: Prepare investment memoranda for recommended acquisition opportunities. Assist in transaction due diligence by collecting, reviewing, and summarizing property reports, leases, and other due diligence documents.
