The 317 Elite Sales Team is seeking personable & energetic candidates who enjoy chatting with customers face-to-face. This position is in a retail setting, with our team having partnered with well-known retailers in the Indianapolis area. You would be responsible for communicating specials and deals tailored to each customer, keeping an upbeat attitude while interacting and using excellent customer service for a positive customer experience.

No experience with sales? Not a problem with the thorough and in-depth, paid training we provide. The schedule for this position is Thursday-Monday and is 100% in person, so comfortably working in-person is a must.

Responsibilities

Customer qualifications and price quotes for client services

Complete sales contracts with customers directly

Provide quality presentations which are tailored to customers individual needs

Be the point of contact after the sale to handle customer needs

Meet and exceed sales goals, working with senior trainers to increase KPIs
