About the Role
We are seeking an Entry-Level Accounting & Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for a recent graduate who is eager to gain hands-on experience in accounting, sales, and business operations. You will play a key role in supporting our financial processes, customer service efforts, and sales initiatives.
No prior experience? No problem! We are willing to train the right candidate who has a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Accounting & Bookkeeping: Assist with basic accounting tasks, data entry, invoicing, and financial record-keeping. ✅ Internal Auditing: Help review financial transactions for accuracy and compliance. ✅ Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and provide support as needed. ✅ Lead Generation & Sales Support: Assist in researching potential clients, managing leads, and following up on sales opportunities. ✅ Administrative Tasks: Support daily office operations ✅ Basic Marketing Tasks: Help with social media updates, email marketing, and promotional activities.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Recent college graduate (degree in Accounting, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required) ✔ Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment ✔ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills ✔ Excellent communication and customer service abilities ✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with QuickBooks or CRM software is a plus ✔ A team player who is adaptable and willing to take on multiple responsibilities
