Job Summary:

As a Behavioral Technician, you will work directly with clients to facilitate and implement individual therapies using ABA techniques. Your role will involve supporting clients in improving their self-help skills, reducing challenging behaviors, and achieving their behavior goals. All necessary training will be provided, so no prior experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize ABA techniques to target and improve socially significant behaviors.

Implement behavior intervention and treatment plans.

Reduce challenging behaviors and promote self-help and independence skills.

Collaborate with other service providers and team members.

Conduct data collection to track progress.

Qualifications:

High school diploma required, Associate’s degree or higher preferred.

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Punctual, dedicated, and passionate about helping others.

Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification required.

Negative TB test results.

Reliable transportation with a valid CA driver’s license and auto insurance.

Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Availability to work Monday-Friday, at least 3 pm - 7 pm.
