    Vivacity Management is looking for a self-motivated, goal-oriented, ambitious individual to join our team for an Entry-Level Business Development Representative with an opportunity for advancement into management & team leadership in the Rochelle Park, NJ area.

    Vivacity Management specializes in face-to-face sales for some of the largest, most well-respected brands in the world. Because this is retail marketing & sales, our customers come to us - so no outside or door-to-door sales or no remote sales are involved.     As a Representative, your primary responsibilities will include face-to-face retail sales representing major brands in big box stores.

    We quickly promote and train high performers in the areas of:

    · Business administration

    Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations

    Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals

    Provide exceptional customer service and maintain client relationships

    Attend company-sponsored events and trade shows

    Collaborate with team members to achieve company objectives
