You'll learn how to sell from the ground up—with full support, hands-on training, and a proven system. You'll meet homeowners, educate them on storm damage, and show them how our process works through their insurance.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Canvassing neighborhoods and knocking doors (we'll train you how)
• Setting appointments with homeowners
• Educating clients on storm damage insurance claims
• Writing basic roof reports (we'll teach you how)
• Submitting simple contracts using our digital tools
• Following up with leads and homeowners
• Attending weekly trainings and team huddles

• Must have a reliable vehicle
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
