    Job Description:

    As part of the Event Staff team, you will play a key role in ensuring that events run smoothly and guests have an exceptional experience. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.

    Responsibilities:

    • Setup & Breakdown: Assist with event setup, including arranging tables, chairs, decorations, and equipment, and ensure proper cleanup after the event.
    • Guest Services: Greet attendees, provide directions, and assist with any inquiries to ensure a positive experience.
    • Logistical Support: Help manage event logistics such as registration, ticketing, and seating arrangements.
    • Vendor Coordination: Work with vendors to ensure timely delivery and setup of supplies and services.
    • Monitoring & Maintenance: Keep event areas clean and organized, restock supplies as needed, and address any issues that arise during the event.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Skills Required:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
