    Job Description

    The Controlling Business Analyst is an entry level role responsible to coordinate monthly consolidated sales and margin results for the US entity, performing deep dive analysis vs prior month and forecast, managing cost center and various profitability analysis. In addition, this position is responsible to coordinate and build reporting solutions for the finance team and senior management in close collaboration with the IT department. In completion of these processes this position interacts with European headquarter to ensure reporting standards are followed.

    • Coordinate, build and maintain reporting solution for the finance team through Power BI.
    • Conduct analysis of monthly result vs prior month/forecast.
    • Ensure consistency, clarity, and accuracy in all month end reporting. Understand and work with complex financial systems.
    • Support product managers with project calculations and financial topics.
    • Prepare monthly results (sales, margin and profitability) on a consolidated view.
    • Cost center expenses reporting, analysis and preparation of controlling journal entries
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
    • Power BI, Microsoft Office: * Power PI, minimum 1 year successfully using Power BI to develop, maintain and analyze interactive dashboards. * Excel, must be comfortable to use Excel for data retrieval and analysis. Required experience with functions, macros, pivot tables and ability to organize, analyze and interpret large dataset effectively. * Power Point, ability to create and edit presentations using basic design features to communicate information effectively.
    • Analytical: ability to handle and interpret financial data, capable to quickly learn new concepts, develop insights and provide solutions with guidance as needed.
    • Problem Solving: demonstrates the ability to approach challenges with a structural mindset, analyze information to understand the root cause and suggest practical solution. Shows willingness to ask questions, seek guidance and continuously improve problem solving skills through hands-on experience and learning.
    • Time management: demonstrates basic time management skills, prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadline with guidance. Able to handle multiple responsibilities, demonstrating willingness to improve and learn efficient work practices.
    • Communication : demonstrates strong communication skills essential for guiding and collaborating with teams and management.
    • Collaboration : be a team player working with different department to gather all the necessary information to meet the targets
