Key Responsibilities:

New Customer Acquisition: Develop relationships and drive new customer acquisitions for Fortune 500 companies in the telecommunications and energy industries.

Customer Service Excellence: Focus on brand awareness and customer loyalty by providing exceptional customer service.

Team Collaboration: Attend daily company meetings and contribute to discussions on improving processes and strategies.

Identify Client Needs: Assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction.

Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with both management and your team to drive company goals.

Engagement & Outreach: Handle a high volume of customer engagements, ensuring quality communication at every touchpoint.
