    Responsibilities

    • Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person

    • Resolve customer issues with accuracy and professionalism

    • Maintain customer records and document interactions in our internal systems

    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

    • Follow up with customers to confirm resolution and satisfaction

    • Support senior customer service staff as needed

    • Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve service delivery
