Hype Tier is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer support and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. You will play an integral role in assisting our customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth communication between the company and its clients.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
Handle customer complaints and work to resolve issues in a professional and effective manner
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a courteous and efficient manner
Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes
Maintain and update customer records in the system
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Qualifications

Strong communication skills and ability to work well with customers
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
High school diploma or equivalent required
