• Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

• Process orders, returns, and exchanges
• Escalate issues to relevant departments when necessary
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
• Contribute to team projects to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

Qualifications
