    Pay Range: $18.00 - $28.00 hourly

    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
    • Assist customers with product information, order status, and account issues.
    • Resolve customer complaints by identifying the problem and providing appropriate solutions.
    • Maintain accurate customer records and update account information as necessary.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and quality service delivery.
    • Track and document customer interactions and feedback for quality improvement.
