Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Financial Strategies: • Create and execute financial plans to support the client’s growth and profitability. Manage Budgeting and Compliance: • Oversee the budgeting process and ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies. Monitor and Optimize Financial Performance: • Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement. • Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and ensure sustainable financial health. Support Decision-Making: • Provide financial insights and recommendations to guide executive decision-making. • Collaborate with department heads to align financial objectives with business goals. Oversee Financial Systems and Processes: • Maintain and improve financial systems to ensure accurate reporting and data integrity. • Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to streamline financial operations. Lead Financial Risk Assessments: • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential financial vulnerabilities. Qualifications: • MUST be located in the United States • Please respond to the application questions that will be emailed • Good leadership abilities as well as knowing how to manage client relations • If not licensed, be willing to get licensed in the financial industry. • Must be a great communicator able to carefully analyze complex ideas like insurance programs; experience working in customer service is beneficial • A basic understanding of sales lead or accounting software is helpful • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma mandatory Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 yearly
