Manage Budgeting and Compliance: • Oversee the budgeting process and ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies. Monitor and Optimize Financial Performance: • Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement. • Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and ensure sustainable financial health. Support Decision-Making: • Provide financial insights and recommendations to guide executive decision-making. • Collaborate with department heads to align financial objectives with business goals. Oversee Financial Systems and Processes: • Maintain and improve financial systems to ensure accurate reporting and data integrity. • Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to streamline financial operations. Lead Financial Risk Assessments: • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential financial vulnerabilities.
