Responsibilities: • Obtain licenses required for selling securities and investment products to offer wealth management and advanced planning services to clients • Participate in the New York Life training curriculum to enhance professional skills and knowledge continuously • Develop and execute marketing and business strategies aimed at expanding the client base effectively • Proactively reach out to potential clients to address their financial needs and inquiries promptly • Provide comprehensive business planning, insurance, and retirement education utilizing a range of high-quality products such as life insurance, fixed annuities, securities, and long-term care insurance Qualifications: • A strong willingness to learn is a fundamental requirement for this position • Ideal candidates should demonstrate a growth mindset and possess previous experience in sales • Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential for conveying complex ideas clearly • The ability to engage with the local community and leverage personal connections is vital • Upholding integrity and responsibility is a mandatory aspect of this role • While not obligatory, holding current ND or MN insurance and/or investment licenses would be beneficial Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 yearly
