    Position Overview: As a Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting top talent and supporting our HR operations. You will assist in recruiting, employee engagement, and HR administration, making sure our employees are engaged, supported, and thriving in a positive work environment.     What You’ll Do:

    Recruitment & Onboarding:

    Collaborate with team leads to craft compelling job descriptions and candidate profiles.

    Manage job postings across various platforms, ensuring visibility and engagement from potential candidates.

    Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to identify the best talent.

    Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences, ensuring new hires are well-integrated into the company culture and have the resources they need to succeed.

    Employee Engagement:

    Serve as a friendly and approachable point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and feedback.

    Assist in planning and organizing team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and other engagement initiatives.

    Help foster a positive workplace culture through open communication and ongoing support.

    HR Administration:

    Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases to ensure smooth administrative operations.

    Assist with ensuring compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.

    Prepare HR-related reports and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making processes.

    Process payroll accurately and efficiently while supporting other HR functions such as benefits administration and time tracking.

    Qualifications:

    Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Paylocity systems is a plus.

    Passion for recruitment and employee engagement with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
