Responsibilities: • Prospect, consult with, and close new clients by tailoring insurance solutions to their needs. • Retain and service existing clients through relationship-building and proactive follow-ups. • Collaborate with marketing teams to generate leads and refine sales strategies. • Maintain accurate records of policies, claims, and client interactions using CRM tools. Qualifications: • Active insurance license (or willingness to obtain licensure quickly). • Strong interpersonal skills—you listen first, then solve problems. • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset (commission-based role). • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM systems). • Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus , but not required. Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
