We offer 401K/Roth IRA options, flexible hours, and a base plus commission pay structure. Our agency hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am-5 pm with no weekends or holidays required. Call lists are provided for your convenience. Responsibilities: • Present Farmers Insurance Package in a clear and energetic way to prospects looking to change their policies • Reaching out to leads and verifying information, running the quote, and closing the sale. • Create lasting relationships with clients to build retention and customer satisfaction Qualifications: • Able to pivot quickly • Solutions-oriented • Humble and coachable attitude • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent • Must be able to pass a background check • Get an Insurance License and once licensed, sell your appointments • Have a laptop or computer and a headset available. (Not provided) Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 +
