Responsibilities: • Ensure the branch is meeting sales targets by overseeing the office’s financial performance • Use actuary data to strategically set premiums for insurers and maximize profit for the branch and forecast risk and liability of payment of future benefits • Review existing company policies, make recommendations for improvements and implement new policies for the branch as needed • Take all necessary measures to ensure that ethical and legal compliance regulations are being followed by staff when handling insurance investigation claims Qualifications: • Great interpersonal, communication, leadership, and management skills • 4-year degree in finance or business administration • 5+ years of experience in a supervisory position in the insurance industry • Must obtain a Life and Health license • Excellent management, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Coachable and the willingness to learn Compensation: $85,000 at planned commission
