Responsibilities: • Implement our proven sales system in the field that is taught in training • Update reports, records, bookkeeping systems, and other organizational tools to accurately report progress toward monthly insurance sales goals • Implement marketing strategies including, but not limited, to cold calling and networking to connect with potential clients while simultaneously maintaining a portfolio of current clients • Conduct meetings with new and potential clients and carefully listen to their individual circumstances in order to present the best insurance policies to meet their needs • Remain updated about insurance industry changes that may affect customers in your portfolio Qualifications: • Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, leadership, or business-to-business sales preferred • Ability to work independently and manage your own time • Great communication skills and ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly • Goal-oriented and able to meet deadlines • Active insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain upon hire Compensation: $80,000 at Plan Commission
