    Our rapidly expanding insurance agency is looking for a full-time entry-level life insurance agent to join our team! You’ll grow a list of prospective clients, market our insurance products, showcase our offerings to new customers, and help policyholders navigate the claims process. We’ll provide the support network and resources to help you reach - and exceed - your sales goals. Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough assessments of existing, new, and potential clients to understand their needs and priorities based on their life stage before proposing insurance solutions tailored to their unique situations • Maintain and organize both electronic and hard copy records, ensuring all contractual documentation is up to date • Expand the client base by promoting insurance products through networking, referrals, warm calls, and diverse marketing approaches to attract new business opportunities • Aid policyholders throughout the insurance claims process and supervise existing claims to ensure a smooth experience • Handle the onboarding process for new clients and retain existing ones through various customer service duties like scheduling appointments and addressing inquiries related to billing, coverage, eligibility, and insurance policies • Stay current on developments in the insurance industry that could impact clients within your portfolio. Qualifications: • A current Life insurance license is highly preferred, although not mandatory for applying, as long as you are willing to obtain one. • Attendance at training sessions, whether in-person or online, is a requirement. • Previous experience in customer service or sales representative roles is considered a strong asset. • Strong verbal communication skills are a must for this position. • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are necessary. Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000 yearly
