Responsibilities: • Keep bookkeeping systems, sales databases, customer records, and related organizational tools current to accurately report progress to monthly and quarterly sales quotas to stakeholders • Develop and deliver risk management strategies for each customer based on their risk profile • Implement our proven sales system in the field that is taught in training • Keep an up-to-date record of existing and prospective clients using CRM tools. Qualifications: • Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, leadership, or business-to-business sales preferred • Ability to work independently and manage your own time, and goal-orientated • Be teachable and coachable and looking to grow within your career • Strong communication and listening skills, interpersonal skills, and analytical skills are required • Active insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain upon hire Compensation: $80,000 at Plan Commission
