Job Summary
We are seeking an Entry Level Intake Admin Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will collect and process patient specific information from several EHR systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, quick learner with excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Ensure all documents are uploaded and/or submitted in an accurate and timely manner
Able to navigate several medical EHR systems quickly and efficiently with minimal supervision (training is provided)
Process appropriate documents and forms as directed
Able to prioritize and manage time effectively
Other administrative and clerical duties as assigned (phones/faxes)
Qualifications
Previous experience in medical records or medical authorization roles is desired
Knowledge of medical terminology and administrative processes
Familiarity with information management programs, Microsoft Office, and other computer programs
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Flexible work from home options available.
