Responsibilities: • Conduct client consultations to understand their life insurance needs and provide customized solutions for securing their financial future. • Introduce and explain a variety of life insurance products to assist clients in selecting coverage that aligns with their objectives. • Educate clients on the significance of life insurance and assist them in navigating the decision-making process. • Develop and implement marketing strategies to expand the client base through referrals, local events, and social media engagement. • Establish strong relationships with clients by offering continuous service and support as their requirements evolve. • Set and reach personal sales targets while upholding high ethical standards and delivering exceptional customer service. • Engage in ongoing training, workshops, and mentorship programs to enhance skills and advance in the field. • Collaborate with a supportive team of agents and mentors to exchange ideas and contribute to each other's success.
